Shipping Policy

At , we ship to residential and commercial addresses across the United States and Canada. All orders are handled with care to ensure safe, timely delivery.

Shipping Locations

We currently serve customers in the contiguous United States and all Canadian provinces and territories. Shipments to remote regions may be subject to extended delivery times.

Orders shipped to Canada are classified as international shipments and therefore subject to Canadian import regulations.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation and fraud screening clearance.

During peak periods (e.g., holidays, promotional events), processing may extend to 4–5 business days. Business days exclude weekends and major public holidays in the U.S. and Canada.

For Canadian-bound orders, an additional 1–2 business days may be required to complete customs documentation  and ensure compliance with Canadian Border Services Agency (CBSA) requirements.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Delivery estimates begin after dispatch (i.e., once tracking is active):

  • U.S. Orders: 5–10 business days
  • Canadian Orders: 10–20 business days

Please note: These are estimates only. Actual delivery may be affected by:

  • Customs clearance delays (Canada)
  • Carrier service disruptions
  • Inclement weather or regional emergencies
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • High-volume seasons (e.g., November–January)

We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to those listed above.

Shipping Carriers & Tracking

  • U.S. Domestic: Primarily fulfilled via USPS.
  • Canada-Bound: Shipped via USPS International, with final-mile delivery handled by Canada Post or local regional carriers.

A unique tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships. You may monitor progress using the carrier’s official tracking portal.

For Canadian shipments, tracking visibility may appear incomplete after the package enters Canada. Once the parcel clears customs, updates typically transition to Canada Post’s tracking system. We recommend checking both:

  1. The original tracking link
  2. Canada Post’s website (using the same tracking number) for domestic delivery status

Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after handoff between carriers.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed or is marked “delivered” but has not been received:

  1. Wait an additional buffer period:
    • U.S. orders: Allow up to 5 business days beyond the estimated delivery date
    • Canadian orders: Allow up to 7 business days beyond the estimated delivery date
  2. Check locally:
    • Contact your local post office or carrier depot
    • Confirm with building management, front desk, or neighbors
    • Review security camera footage if available
  3. Contact us promptly:
    • For U.S. orders: Notify us within 7 calendar days of the carrier’s “delivered” date
    • For Canadian orders: Notify us within 14 calendar days of the carrier’s “delivered” date
      Include your order number, tracking number, and any supporting details (e.g., photo of empty doorstep).

We will initiate a carrier trace and assist in resolution. Claims for lost packages submitted outside these windows may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Duties, Taxes, and Fees (Canada)

All Canadian orders are subject to applicable import fees assessed by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) and/or the delivery carrier. These may include:

  • Federal GST (5%)
  • Provincial sales tax (PST/HST, where applicable)
  • Customs duties (based on product category and value)
  • Carrier handling or brokerage fees

Regardless of payment method:

  • Import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer
  • They are non-refundable, even if the order is later returned
  • Upon return, only the product purchase price will be refunded
  • Original shipping fees are refunded only if required by applicable Canadian consumer protection law

We do not collect, retain, or profit from these fees—they are remitted directly to government authorities or paid to carriers on your behalf.
