1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date (not shipment date).
→ Requests submitted after this window will not be accepted for refunds or replacements.
Tip: Track your delivery date via the shipping confirmation email or carrier tracking.


2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for return, items must be:
Unworn, unwashed, and free of odors
In original condition—no stains, snags, pulls, scratches, or signs of use
With all original tags and packaging intact

Non-returnable items include:

  • Final sale items (clearly marked at checkout)
  • Personalized, monogrammed, or custom-made products
  • Hygiene-sensitive categories
  • Items failing these conditions may be returned to you at your expense, or donated if undeliverable.

3. Exchanges & Replacements

We do not offer direct size or color exchanges for change-of-mind requests.

Instead, we recommend:
Place a new order for your preferred item/size
Initiate a return for the original item (within 30 days) for a refund

 Replacements or full refunds are provided only when:

  • The item received is defective (e.g., fabric flaw, stitching failure)
  • We shipped the incorrect item or size
    → In these cases, we’ll cover return shipping and expedite resolution.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless:

  • The return is due to our error, and

5. How to Initiate a Return

    • Item(s) you wish to return
    • Reason (e.g., “wrong size,” “defective seam”)
    •  For defects/wrong items: Clear photos (greatly speeds up approval)

6. Canadian Orders: Duties, Taxes & Refunds

Please note:
All import duties, GST/HST, PST, and customs handling fees are the customer’s responsibility—even upon return.
These fees are non-refundable by us, as they are levied by government/customs authorities.
Upon inspection, we refund only the product purchase price.
Original shipping fees are refunded only if required by provincial/federal law.


7. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing begins within 1–2 business days of receiving and inspecting your return
  • Funds typically appear in 5–7 business days, depending on your bank/card issuer
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated
