- What items are eligible for returns, and what are the requirements? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
- Unworn, unwashed, and free from stains or damage
- In their original condition with all brand tags and packaging intact
To support our environmental sustainability goals, we encourage you to reuse the original shipping packaging for return shipments—it is designed to provide optimal protection for your garments during transit.
- Why can’t I see tracking updates for my Canadian order after it reaches customs? For orders shipped to Canada, tracking information is only available up until the package arrives at Canadian customs. Once your package clears customs, delivery status updates will be transferred to Canada Post’s official tracking portal.
All of our products are packaged with protective materials to withstand cross-border handling. During peak shopping seasons (e.g., holidays, sales events), we recommend allowing extra time for customs processing to avoid delays.
- What materials are used to make your garments? Our garments are crafted with a focus on quality, long-lasting comfort, and responsible sourcing. Key materials include:
- Organic cotton: Chosen for its softness and reduced environmental impact compared to conventional cotton.
- Sustainably harvested wool: Sourced from suppliers that adhere to ethical animal welfare and land management standards.
- Durable, low-impact fabrics: Selected for their longevity and minimal use of harmful chemicals in production.
- How should I care for my garments to keep them in good condition?Proper care helps preserve the quality and extend the lifespan of your items. Follow these guidelines based on garment type:
- Wool garments & delicate styles: Hand wash with mild, gentle detergent, or machine wash on the delicate cycle using cold water. Avoid soaking for extended periods.
- Jackets & cotton garments: Machine wash on a gentle cycle with like colors. Use a mild detergent and avoid harsh cleaning agents (e.g., bleach, fabric softeners) that can damage fabrics or fade colors.
For all items: Air drying is strongly recommended as the best care method:
- Lay wool garments flat on a clean towel to dry to maintain their shape (hanging may cause stretching).
- Hang jackets on wide, padded hangers to prevent creasing and shoulder deformation.
- Line-dry cotton and delicate garments in a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight (to avoid fading).
Air drying not only protects fabric integrity but also reduces energy consumption, aligning with our commitment to sustainability.
Can I return a customized or personalized garment? At this time, we do not accept returns for customized, personalized, or made-to-order items, unless they arrive damaged or defective. If you receive a flawed personalized product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
What should I do if my returned item gets damaged during transit? If your return shipment arrives damaged, please reach out to our customer service team immediately with:
- A copy of the return tracking number
- Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
Our team will assess the situation and assist you with the next steps, including processing a replacement or refund.
- Does air drying really make a difference for garment longevity?Yes. Machine drying uses high heat that can shrink fabrics, weaken fibers, and fade colors over time—especially for delicate materials like wool and organic cotton. Air drying preserves the original shape, texture, and color of your garments, while also reducing your carbon footprint by cutting down on energy use.
